- Amazon Pay
One or more online payment methods of the following provider are available on this website: Amazon Payments Europe s.c.a., 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg
If you select a payment method of the provider for which you make an advance payment (such as credit card payment), the payment data you provided during the ordering process (including name, address, bank and payment card information, currency and transaction number) as well as information about the content of your order will be passed on to the provider in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In this case, your data is passed on exclusively for the purpose of processing the payment with the provider and only to the extent necessary for this.
- Apple Pay
If you choose the payment method “Apple Pay” of Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, the payment is processed via the “Apple Pay” function of your end device running iOS, watchOS or macOS by charging a payment card stored in “Apple Pay”. Apple Pay uses security features built into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. To authorise a payment, you must therefore enter a code you have previously set and verify it using the “Face ID” or “Touch ID” function of your end device.
For the purpose of processing the payment, the information you provided during the ordering process, together with the information about your order, is passed on to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then encrypts this data again with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay to execute the payment. The encryption ensures that only the website through which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm that the payment was successful.
If personal data is processed during the transmissions described, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of processing the payment in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Apple retains anonymised transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, the approximate date and time and whether the transaction was completed successfully. Anonymisation completely rules out any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymised data to improve “Apple Pay” and other Apple products and services.
If you use Apple Pay on your iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase made via Safari on your Mac, the Mac and the authorisation device communicate via an encrypted channel on Apple’s servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can be used to identify you. You can deactivate the option to use Apple Pay on your Mac in the settings of your iPhone. Go to “Wallet & Apple Pay" and deactivate “Allow Payments on Mac".
Further information on data protection with Apple Pay can be found at the following internet address: https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT203027

This website uses Google AdSense, a web advertising service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google AdSense uses so-called cookies, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. Google AdSense also uses so-called "web beacons" (small invisible graphics) to collect information, through the use of which simple actions such as visitor traffic on the website can be recorded, collected and evaluated. The information generated by the cookie and/or web beacon (including your IP address) about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server and stored there. This may also involve transmission to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Google uses the information obtained in this way to evaluate your usage behaviour with regard to the AdSense ads. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google AdSense is not merged with other Google data. The information collected by Google may be transferred to third parties if this is required by law and/or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
All of the processing described above, in particular the reading of information on the end device used via cookies and/or web beacons, is only carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. In doing so, the provider regularly also processes the IP address and, if applicable, other end device information.
All of the processing described above, in particular the reading or storing of information on the end device you use, is only carried out if you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. This information also includes your IP address, which, however, is shortened by Google by the last digits in order to exclude a direct personal reference.
The information is transmitted to Google servers and processed further there. Transfers to Google LLC based in the USA are also possible.
Google uses the information collected on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities for us and to provide further services associated with website and internet use. However, the data collected cannot be assigned to a specific person and is deleted after being stored for a period of two months.

10.2 Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which enables an analysis of your use of our website.
By default, when you visit the website, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies, which are stored as small text modules on your end device and collect certain information.
The shortened IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. The data collected in the course of using Google Analytics 4 is stored for a period of two months and then deleted.
All of the processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies on the end device used, is only carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used during your visit to the site. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of revocation, please deactivate this service via the “cookie consent tool” provided on the website.

10.3 Crazy Egg
This website uses the web analytics service of the following provider: Crazy Egg, Inc., 16220 Ridgeview Ln, La Mirada, CA, USA
Using cookies and/or comparable technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, algorithms for reading end device and browser information), the service collects and stores pseudonymised visitor data, including information on the end device used such as the IP address and browser information, in order to evaluate it for statistical analyses of usage behaviour on our website and to create pseudonymised usage profiles. Among other things, this makes it possible to evaluate movement patterns (so-called heatmaps), which show the duration of page visits and interactions with page content (e.g. text input, scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs). Pseudonymisation generally rules out any direct personal reference. There is no merging with clear data about you collected in other ways.
All of the processing described above, in particular the reading or storing of information on the end device used, is only carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the “cookie consent tool” provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider which ensures the protection of our site visitors’ data and prohibits unauthorised disclosure to third parties.
For the transfer of data to the USA, the provider relies on standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, which are intended to ensure compliance with the European level of data protection.
10.4 Google Optimize
This website uses "Google Optimize", a service of the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").
Based on “Google Analytics”, the service enables a statistical evaluation of the use of new website functions and content by displaying test variants to certain user groups. In the interest of making our website more attractive, this makes it possible to track which variants are preferred by users.
For this purpose, Google Optimize uses cookies, i.e. small text files that are stored on your end device and enable an analysis of your use of a website. The information collected by cookies about your use of the website is usually transmitted to a Google server and stored and processed there. This may also involve the transfer of information to the servers of Google LLC based in the USA and further processing of the information there.
All of the processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for storing and reading information on the end device you use to access the website, is only carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without your consent, Google Optimize will not be used while you use the website. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service via the “cookie consent tool” provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider which ensures the protection of our site visitors’ data and prohibits unauthorised disclosure to third parties.

10.5 Google Tag Manager
This website uses “Google Tag Manager”, a service of the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter: “Google”).
Google Tag Manager provides a technical basis for bundling various web applications, including tracking and analysis services, and for calibrating, controlling and making them subject to conditions via a uniform user interface. Google Tag Manager itself does not store any information on users’ end devices or read it out. Nor does the service carry out any independent data analyses. However, Google Tag Manager transmits your IP address to Google when the page is accessed, where it may be stored. Transmission to servers of Google LLC in the USA is also possible.
This processing is only carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without this consent, Google Tag Manager will not be used during your visit to the site. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service in the “cookie consent tool” provided on the website.

11) Retargeting/remarketing and conversion tracking
11.1 Meta Pixel
Within our online offering, we use the "Meta Pixel" service of the following provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta")
If a user clicks on an advertisement placed by us on Facebook and/or Instagram, the URL of our linked page is extended by a parameter using "Meta Pixel". After the redirect, this URL parameter is then entered in the user’s browser by a cookie set by our linked page itself.
On the one hand, this enables Meta to determine the visitors to our online offering as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called "ads"). Accordingly, we use the service to display the Facebook and/or Instagram ads placed by us only to users who have shown an interest in our online offering or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited) which we transmit to Meta (so-called “custom audiences”).
On the other hand, “Meta Pixel” can be used to track whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on an advertisement and which actions they carry out there (so-called “conversion tracking”).
The data collected is anonymous for us, i.e. it does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Meta, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes.
All of the processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the end device used, is only carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art.
The information generated by Meta is usually transmitted to a Meta server and stored there; in this context, a transfer to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA may also take place.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
11.2 Google Ads conversion tracking
This website uses the online advertising programme "Google Ads" and, as part of Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).
We use the Google Ads offering to draw attention to our offers on external websites with the help of advertising material (so-called Google AdWords). In relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. Our aim is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie, which also includes your IP address, is used to generate conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The customers find out the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that could be used to personally identify users.
The use of Google Ads may also involve the transfer of personal data to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Details of the processing triggered by Google Ads conversion tracking and Google’s handling of data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
All of the processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the end device used, is only carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the “cookie consent tool” provided on the website.
You can also permanently object to the setting of cookies by Google Ads conversion tracking by downloading and installing the Google browser plug-in available at the following link:
https://support.google.com/My-Ad-Center-Help/answer/12155656?hl=de
In order to address users whose data we have received in the context of business or business-like relationships with advertising that is even more tailored to their interests, we use a customer matching function within Google Ads. For this purpose, we electronically transmit one or more files with aggregated customer data (primarily email addresses and telephone numbers) to Google. Google does not receive access to clear data, but automatically encrypts the information in the customer files during the transmission process using a special algorithm. The encrypted information can then only be used by Google to assign it to existing Google accounts that the data subjects have set up. This enables personalised advertising to be displayed across all Google services linked to the respective Google account.
Customer data is only transmitted to Google if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke this consent vis-à-vis us at any time with effect for the future. Further information on Google’s data protection measures with regard to the customer matching function can be found here: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6334160?hl=de&ref_topic=10550182

11.3 Google Ads conversion tracking without cookies
This website uses Google Ads conversion tracking exclusively without the use of cookies, which means that the service never sets cookies on your end device.
Instead, the local storage of your browser is used to store an individual ID assigned by Google, which enables an analysis of your use of the website. For this purpose, certain user information, including your IP address, is processed via the ID.
The ID is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. If the user visits certain pages of this website, Google and we can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information obtained in this way is used to generate conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking.
Insofar as the information collected relates to individuals, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of the success of our advertising campaigns.

11.5 Google Marketing Platform
This website uses the online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform of the operator Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("GMP").
GMP uses cookies to display ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads more than once. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed more than once. In addition, GMP can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that are related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a GMP ad and later uses the same browser to visit the advertiser’s website and purchases something via this website. According to Google, GMP cookies do not contain any personal information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server.
We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge as follows: By integrating GMP, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an ad from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider will find out and store your IP address. The use of GMP may also involve the transfer of personal data to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
