Ogni box nasce da una lastra di legno. Il laser taglia con precisione ogni pezzo e i motivi vengono incisi o stampati. Infine la box viene assemblata pezzo per pezzo, con circa due ore di lavoro a mano.
Prima di lasciare la produzione, ogni box viene controllata ancora una volta. In ogni enigma e in ogni meccanismo c'è un lungo lavoro di sviluppo.
