We ship most items with DHL.
You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation.

In the USA we ship with other shipping providers.

Shipping costs

We calculate shipping costs depending on how many puzzle boxes are ordered.

If you live outside the EU and the US, additional customs duties may apply from your country's customs authorities.
We have no control over these charges, and they are your responsibility.

SHIPPING TIME

We usually ship your order within 24 hours during the week. Orders received by 12 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day.

Germany:
1-3 working days* delivery time

other EU countries:
2-7 working days* delivery time

outside EU countries:
7-21 working days* delivery time

USA:
2-6 working days* delivery time

*Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a 100% delivery time. In rare cases, delays may occur due to force majeure, staff shortages, or problems with the shipping service provider.
