EXCHANGE & RETURN

Your return label for an exchange is 100% free . However, please understand that as a young brand, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns.

To make things as easy as possible for you, the return fee of €5 within Germany and the USA will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
For all other countries, we unfortunately have to deduct €10 from the refund amount.

1. Register your exchange or return
Please register your exchange or return via info@inscape-box.com .

2. We will send you the DHL return label
We will then send you a return label, which you can print out and stick on your package.

3. Pack and ship goods
Please note that we only accept returns if the item is in perfect condition. To avoid transport damage or loss, please ensure that the items are packaged in their original packaging or at least in a similarly good condition.

4. Refund
After receiving and positively inspecting the return, we will promptly issue refunds, less the return shipping fee.
