Solution step 1

Turn the locks on the cell doors to the correct symbols as written in the story to free the knights.

Guide the knights through the maze, turning them at each dead end to unlock the side compartments. (The correct ones are bottom left and bottom right.)

Solution step 3

Once the side doors are open, the puzzle pieces are released. Assemble the puzzle in the frame on the back.

Solution step 4

The animals shown on the puzzle are the animals that need to be found on the bottom of the box. Turn the lock to these animals to release the lid.

Opening the lid releases the three keys.

Solution step 5

The middle symbols on the assembled puzzle indicate which key belongs in which lock (from left to right: crown, sword, shield).

Solution step 6

Turning the three keys opens the top cover, revealing the dragon and the crossbows.

Solution step 7

Turn each crossbow to the image that corresponds to the "X" marked spots on the dragon's body. This will open the inner cover and grant access to the final prize.
